This is what I'm about to submit to the yahoo group TSDIYHormones. It will hopefully answer some questions.

14. What kind of clothes do you prefer wearing? : Depends on the circumstances and my mood. My current favourites are black leather trousers or Victoria Beckham jeans, a black top or shirt, black boots, a black DKNY sweater, A black fur coat and a black Sonia Rykiel handbag.

Another favourite is my black Madonna designed dress from H&M.

A more conservative look is a grey wollen skirt By Swedish Designer Anna Nygårds and a rus red top by another Swedish designer, Filippa K.

The reason I can afford designer labels and furs is that I work in a Salvation Army second hand shop.

16. What are your hobbies or things you like to do? : Shopping :-), reading (fantasy, SF, thrillers... )

55. Did you transition on the job? : No, I started my current job as Caisa, a man on his way to become a woman.

67. Do you wear any prosthetics (breast forms, etc.) to enhance your
appearance? : Breast forms that make me about a C-cup, and also an older pair that makes me more of a D

69. Are you on Hormones (HRT) now? : Yes

If yes, how long have you been taking Hormones? : Since November 18 2008

What hormones are you taking? For estrogen a gel called Divigel - 2x1mg in the morning and 1 in the evening, as an aniandrogen Cyproteron 50mg 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Have you had any negative side-effects from hormones and, if so, what?:None so far.

What change to your body did you first notice after starting hormones? : A swelling of nipples and pain in them and also a small growth.

Has your height changed as a result of HRT and If so, how did it
change? : Not that I know

72. Are you planning on undergoing Sexual Reassignment Surgery (SRS)? : Yes

If yes, who would currently be your preferred surgeon? : The one I'm seeing at Karolinska Sjukhuset Stockholm, Sweden.

74. Are you following the HBIGDA/SOC http://www.hbigda.org/ guidelines for
SRS? : If the Swedish guidelines are about the same - yes. And I supose that they are as there is a link on the site to The World Association for Sexology 19th World Congress for Sexual Health in Goteborg,

75. With regards to SRS, do you think the HBIGDA is worth while or just
another hurdle for you? : It has helped me to get the transition I need.


76. "Are you currently seeing a therapist, councilor, psychiatrist, or
psychologist regarding your gender issues?: Yes to all.

77. Have you ever gone out in public in what others might consider a cross-
dressed state? : Currently all the time.

If yes, how old were you when you first did so? : Around 50

If yes, did you feel uncomfortable or scared about being out? : The first times nervous, exited and a bir scared.

79. How much of your old self (male self if MTF, female self if FTM) do you
plan on taking with you in your new role? : As a person I'm the one I've always been.

80. If you are planning on having SRS, do you think that the "discord" between who you are
and you bodily physics will be resolved once you have had SRS? Yes

81 Are there things that you would like to resolve which is not resolved by SRS
(transplantation of ovaries to be able to get a baby, etc)? : No
